Two Pleated Purses from my FAVORITE Pattern

I made this pleated purse awhile ago from My Spare Time blog. I love it so much and use it everyday. It's the perfect size and has four pockets inside that are great. I got this fabric from Denver Fabrics. I've been making purses when I can for birthday presents and finally finished up two this past weekend.
Inside pockets are the perfect size for cell, lip gloss, point and shoot camera.....
I call this my hippie fabric and also got this at Denver Fabrics when I was in Denver. Store is amazing with lots of clearance 54" home decor fabrics. Great prices and fun prints! Too bad I'm now 7 hours from it......SIGH.

I ADORE this brown and white fabric and actually got this at Walmart a while ago. I know, I was SHOCKED to find it there. Lined it in dark denim for some great weight.
This was one I made last month for a friend. Can you believe I got this gorgeous black fabric with silver and gold metallic flowers at the thrift store? Got about 5 yds for $5. I mean come on! So if you're wanting a cute new purse for spring, try this pattern. It's a great tutorial. Took a bit to figure out the pleats but now I've got it!
